What's the difference between a clearance and a household liquidation?
A clearance removes part of a household – basement, attic, garage. A household liquidation (also called an apartment clearance) dissolves a complete household: all furniture, the entire contents, everything is sorted, reused or disposed of, and the rooms are handed over broom-clean.

What does a household liquidation cost?
As a guide: from €35–60 per m². A complete apartment clearance starts at around €590, a basement clearance at around €290. Important: well-preserved furniture, appliances or antiques are credited toward the price – which can noticeably lower the cost. You get the binding fixed price after the free survey.
For estates: discretion goes without saying
With estate liquidations we work especially carefully. Personal items, photos and documents are set aside rather than disposed of – and you decide in peace what happens with them. On request we document the handover for the landlord or probate court.
