Last-Mile Service Regensburg
The last mile for furniture retailers, online shops, chain stores and hospitality in Regensburg: delivery to your end customers including assembly, on-site installation and seasonal seating changeovers. And for private customers we collect at the DIY or furniture store and assemble at home.
Your last-mile partner in Regensburg
The last mile decides how your customers experience your company. And that is exactly where many retailers, chain stores and hospitality businesses lack their own vehicle and a second pair of hands: goods sit in the warehouse, the end customer waits, and nobody can carry the wardrobe to the third floor and assemble it there.
We take that part off your hands entirely: collect, transport, carry to the final spot, unpack, assemble, hook up and take the packaging back. That applies to deliveries to your end customers just as much as to on-site installations, to the seasonal seating changeover across your branches, or to a single run from the DIY store to someone's home.
For recurring work we set up regular routes and framework agreements with predictable terms – with a dedicated contact instead of a call center. We are from Regensburg, we know the old-town lanes and the new developments, and we are available within a radius of roughly 60 kilometres.

Last-Mile Service Regensburg – Our Service Areas
From Regensburg, we operate throughout the entire region.

What does a last-mile job cost?
That depends on volume, route and service depth – so instead of a flat rate we bill in the way that fits your business. After a short call or video appointment you get a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
Per shipment
A fixed price per delivery, tiered by size and service depth – from plain drop-off to assembly at the final spot. A fit for retailers with fluctuating volume.
Per route
One vehicle plus a two-man crew for a half or full day, with several stops in Regensburg and the surrounding area. The cheapest route when deliveries can be bundled.
By time and effort
An hourly rate for the two-man crew when the scope is hard to estimate up front – for on-site assembly, say, or rearranging entire floors.
Framework agreement
Fixed terms, fixed routes and a dedicated contact for recurring deliveries and seasonal work. Predictable for you, predictable for us.

Frequently Asked Questions
What do last mile and 'letzte Meile' mean?
The last mile is the final stretch of the supply chain – from the warehouse or distribution centre to the end customer's door. For bulky goods like furniture it does not end at the curb, but only once the piece stands assembled in its final spot. That is exactly the stretch we handle in Regensburg and the surrounding area.
Do you deliver on behalf of furniture stores and online shops?
Yes. We work as a delivery partner for furniture stores, online shops, kitchen studios, interior designers and shopfitters in the region. We collect at your warehouse or showroom and deliver to your end customers – including assembly, hook-up and packaging removal on request.
What is two-man handling?
Two-man handling means two people always come along, so heavy and bulky furniture is carried safely – up staircases, through narrow period-building hallways and without a lift. It includes unpacking, assembly, alignment, hook-up and taking the packaging away.
Do you also assemble office furniture and shop fittings?
Yes. We assemble office, contract and retail furnishings in offices, practices, law firms, hotels and shops – delivered and assembled in one appointment, or as an assembly-only job when the goods are already on site. For private furniture assembly at home, see our furniture assembly page.
Do you handle seating changeovers for cafés and branches?
Yes, it is one of our most frequent recurring jobs. In spring we bring the terrace and outdoor furniture out, in autumn back in again, and in between we swap summer for winter seating. It can be scheduled as a fixed appointment for a single location or for all your branches in the region.
Do you store the outdoor furniture over winter?
We offer interim storage on request – tell us the volume and the period involved and we will sort it out together. If you have storage space of your own, we simply handle moving things in and out of it.
Do you also work outside opening hours?
Yes. On request we carry out assemblies, rearrangements and seating changeovers in the evening, early in the morning or at the weekend, so your shop or restaurant does not have to close while we work.
Do you collect furniture at the DIY store and deliver it home?
Yes. Tell us where your purchase is – DIY store, furniture store, warehouse or private seller – and where it should go. We collect, deliver, carry it inside (even without a lift) and assemble it right away if you like. We take the cardboard back with us.
Do you also transport classified-ad and IKEA purchases?
Yes. Whether it's a sofa from a private seller, a wardrobe from a furniture store or an IKEA haul: we collect it and deliver it to your home. We can take care of the assembly right away too.
What does a last-mile job cost?
It depends on volume, route and service depth. We bill per shipment, per route, by time and effort, or via a framework agreement – whichever fits your business. After a short call or video appointment you receive a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
Are there regular routes or framework agreements?
Yes. For recurring deliveries we set up fixed delivery days and framework agreements with predictable terms. You get a dedicated contact rather than a call center, and you know in advance what a route costs.
What area do you cover?
Our core area is Regensburg and the surrounding region within roughly 60 kilometres – including Neutraubling, Lappersdorf, Regenstauf, Bad Abbach, Kelheim, Straubing and Schwandorf. For recurring routes we are happy to discuss a larger area.
Are the transports insured?
Yes, we are insured with HDI and transport your goods properly secured. For business customers we document delivery with proof of delivery and a photo on request.
